Maggie Fox Dierker, J.D.

Maggie Fox Dierker is a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mediator. As an attorney, she practiced family and business law. Her practice now focuses on alternative dispute resolution including the following services:

family and divorce mediation;

speaking and writing;
-
parenting coordination & decision-making;

executive coaching; and
-
parent education.
Ms. Dierker graduated from the University of Virginia and Loyola UniversityNew Orleans School of Law. She completed studies at Georgetown University (summer curriculum), and abroad at the University of Vienna (Universität Wien) School of Law. Ms. Dierker has been counseling and representingchildren and families for over a decade. Since 2001, she has been devoted to work for organizations such as the Truancy Intervention Project (TIP), Midtown Assistance Center (MAC), and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
Ms. Dierker holds a B.A. in psychology, is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and has served as a Northern Virginia Mediation Services (NVMS) panelist. Sheis a regularly featured speaker at Second Saturday Fairfax; has specialized training in Parenting Coordination: Working with High Conflict Families; and isknown for her solid record in successfully mediated cases. Ms. Dierker is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
